Personal data relating to a prospect, non-customer, may be retained for a period of three years from the date of collection or the last contact from the prospect.

(ii) In respect of identification documents:
In case of exercise of your rights, the data relating to the identity documents may be kept within the period provided for in article 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, i.e. one year.
(iii) relating to bank card data:
The financial transactions relating to the payment of purchases and charges via the site are entrusted to a payment service provider who ensures its smooth running and security.
For the purposes of the services, this payment service provider may be required to be the recipient of your bank card numbers, which it collects and retains on our behalf and for our account.
We do not have access to that data.
To allow you to make regular purchases or to pay the related costs on the site, the data relating to your bank cards can be kept by our provider during the time of your registration on the site. To do this, you must check on the site the box expressly provided for this purpose.
(ii) Data relating to the video or CVV2 cipher, recorded on your credit card, are not stored.

In any event, the data relating to the latter may be retained, for a purpose of proof in case of possible dispute of the transaction, in intermediate archives, for the duration provided for in article L 133-24 of the monetary and financial Code , in this case 13 months after the debit date. (iv) concerning audience measurement statistics:

9. Security

You can also get confirmation that your personal data is or is no longer being processed. You can finally get the communication in the same form:

TGH VENTURES undertakes to process requests to assert these rights within a maximum period of one (1) month from receipt, this period may be extended to two (2) months depending on the complexity and number of requests.

If TGH VENTURES does not comply with the request, it will inform the person, as soon as possible, and at the latest within one (1) month from receipt of the request, of the reasons for its inaction and of the possibility to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to lodge a judicial appeal.

The exercise of these rights is free of charge. However, in the event of a manifestly unfounded or excessive request, TGH VENTURES reserves the possibility (i) to require the payment of a fee taking into account the administrative costs, or (ii) to refuse to act on these requests.


12. What remedies in case of violation of your data?
In the event of a violation of your Personal Data likely to create a risk for your rights and freedoms, TGH VENTURES will notify, under the conditions of article 33 of the Rules, the violation to the CNIL as soon as possible, and, if possible, 72 hours at the latest after becoming aware of it.
