Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery as our products are shipped from Paris, France. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer FREE worldwide standard delivery, which takes 4-10 business days (shipped from Paris, France by the post office).
- If you’re in a hurry then our 3 working days Express delivery costs $8 or FREE for orders over $60.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped from our warehouse containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
French Don't Smell is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However please note that if you order from the US or EU, you won't need to pay any additional fees.
Damages
If your order got damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us at bonjour@frenchdontsmell.com with the details, and we are going to help you solve the situation.
